Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. It is run entirely by grants and donations from the public. EBAY THE JUNK IN YOUR CLOSET and help keep bags of feed in ours! We're registered with eBay as a nonprofit and you can designate a percentage of anything you're selling to go to WFAS.

Got some old junk sitting in your garage? Extra supplies from a past construction project? Your trash might be our treasure!

• A coffee grinder (used to mash food pellets)
• Working LCD monitor, 17" or bigger
• an air compressor, like you use with nail-guns
• A LCD projector, ideally 3500 lumens or more
• A functioning PC or Mac laptop (no more than 3 yrs old)
• Digital video camera like this one
• Lumber – old barn lumber that is still in good shape or new lumber of any variety
• 4-wheel-drive truck
• A Cargo Van with towing capacity, preferably diesel, like a Ford E250, E350 or Dodge Sprinter 3500
• Locust posts: 3”-8” diameter, 8ft in height
• Good quality hay for feeding and bedding-quality hay or straw
• Bags of cement are always useful
• Flat-bed trailer
• Trees for shading animals, at least 6' high
• Postage stamps (old denominations OK, we'll use 'em)

SCULPTURE SHOWCASE

In the spirit of Woodstock, our plan is to have our pastures double as sculpture and art gardens. If you are an artist and would like to showcase or donate your sculpture, please contact us at the email at the bottom of the page.

Naturally, the sculptures need to be weatherproof and tough enough to withstand big farm animals playing with them. Cows love to scratch their bodies and goats enjoy jumping up onto surfaces. Another consideration is safety -- there cannot be any materials that would be dangerous to ingest or sharp to rub against. Ideally these sculptures could also provide some much-needed shade in the summer.
